The International Behavioral Neuroscience Society (IBNS) was formed to encourage research and education in the field of behavioral neuroscience. Founded in 1992, the IBNS has over 700 members which derive from 34 different countries and consist of scientists, clinicians, teachers, and others with a background and interest in the relationship between brain and behavior. Annual meetings of the Society are held in late spring/early summer each year, with the locations varying to reflect the international nature of the IBNS. The next IBNS meeting will be held June 5-10, 2012, at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, USA.
Members receive discounted registration fees. Abstracts will be accepted from members and nonmembers alike.
